With 18+ years of experience, I am a multidisciplinary Product Design and UX leader skilled in solving complex business challenges through user-centered design, data-driven decision-making, and AI-augmented workflows. I specialize in shaping end‑to‑end product experiences, defining UX strategy, and guiding cross-functional teams toward scalable, measurable outcomes.

I actively integrate AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, and Figma Make to accelerate discovery, streamline requirements analysis, automate documentation, and rapidly generate design concepts. This enables proactive delivery, higher velocity, and improved collaboration across product, engineering, and business teams. My background spans product design, UX strategy, service design, requirements analysis, and enterprise workflow modernization. With advanced experience in Power BI and Power Apps, I translate complex data into actionable dashboards and build low-code solutions that enhance operational visibility and streamline business processes. Mohan has joined our team as a UX designer in the middle of a very large and complex project. The interface targeted multiple user personas, and the data flow interdependencies were very intricate.
