As a UX Strategist at Kaiser under the Risant Organization, I lead projects that not only meet deadlines but also uphold the stringent standards of the medical industry. In this role, I’m spearheading the creation of a design system from the ground up, collaborating closely with Kaiser’s internal teams and my own dedicated team. Working with generative AI, I focus on designing intuitive interfaces that enable healthcare professionals and patients to seamlessly navigate AI-driven tools, access personalized health insights, and enhance care experiences. This challenging yet rewarding work allows me to drive innovation, deliver exceptional user experiences, and push boundaries in the healthcare sector.

As a Product Designer extends to asset management, ensuring that digital assets are organized, accessible, and seamlessly integrated into the user experience space. Collaborating with stakeholders to understand asset requirements, such as images, videos, and documents, and design intuitive interfaces for asset browsing, search, and retrieval within the AEM environment. Additionally, optimizing asset workflows, metadata tagging, and version control to streamline asset management processes and enhance productivity for content creators. By prioritizing user needs and content accessibility, and ensuring that asset management functionalities in AEM contribute to a cohesive and efficient digital experience for both creators and consumers.

As a Product Designer my role is to ensure that the digital products or services meet the needs and preferences of users. This involves studying user behavior and preferences, creating profiles of different user types, and mapping out their journeys through the product. Starting with wireframes, I am able to iterate and refine quickly, ensuring that the designs directly address user concerns. These wireframes also facilitate collaboration with various department heads, allowing for early feedback and alignment with company objectives. In addition, I have played a pivotal role in governing the design system, using Adobe Experience Manager to maintain consistency across screens and components. This meticulous attention to detail has proven invaluable in creating a cohesive and harmonious user experience. It has also enabled me to prioritize the review of key screens, guaranteeing they align seamlessly with our established design language and effectively address user pain points. Overall, my proficiency in AEM has significantly enhanced my ability to deliver user-centric digital products and services. It allows me to seamlessly transition from conceptualization to execution, ensuring that every design decision is rooted in a deep understanding of user needs and preferences. I also collaborate effectively with content creators to ensure their work aligns with the overall design vision. This combined knowledge in AEM and CMS enhances my ability to deliver user-friendly digital products and services.

Played a key role Building a Design System “NITRO”, which is used for all internal applications is part of NEXUS and IS&T Groups. Providing a clear and concise representation of design intentions, allowing for quick iteration and refinement. Additionally, wireframes facilitate collaboration with various department heads, ensuring that our designs align with company objectives. This approach has not only been applied to "NITRO" but also extended to other internal products like BRICKS, CLOUD TECHNOLOGIES, and DATALAB, enhancing the overall usability and effectiveness of these applications.

Worked under Appliance and SDS Engineering Department, played a crucial part in a project, focused on Veritas Storage Appliances Maintenance Dashboards. This cloud-based SAAS Platform demanded a meticulous approach, especially in the early stages. Here, brainstorming with wireframe and card sorting took center stage, serving as the backbone for the project's design process. By utilizing tools like Invision,Adobe XD, I am able to bring our wireframes to life, creating a visual roadmap that guides the redesign of multiple applications into one streamlined product. This refined architecture now allows users to seamlessly access a comprehensive dashboard, providing real-time monitoring of Appliance Health and accurate forecasts of Storage utilization. This transformation was made possible through the integration of Data Models and Artificial Intelligence for predictive analysis, ultimately enhancing the platform's effectiveness and user experience.

In the Customer Systems Department, I led a project for a Machine Learning Application. We focused on improving the overall user experience by reimagining the design. We started with wireframes and used the Sketch tool for detailed design work. Our aim was to create a user-friendly interface that addressed usability and accessibility concerns. Additionally, I worked on several Micro Applications within the Department, ensuring they met Apple's design standards. This approach greatly enhanced the usability and accessibility of the applications, resulting in a more seamless experience for users.
